Returns & Support

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
To report a defective item, please provide:

- Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect.
- A complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish.
Please note that claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be processed.
If your claim is approved, you may be eligible for:
- A replacement of product with the right product
