Returns & Support

For return requests, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
To report a defective item, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect.
  • A complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish.

Please note that claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be processed.

If your claim is approved, you may be eligible for:

  • A replacement of product with the right product
  • A refund to the original bank account/payment account used for the purchase.
