Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
To report a defective item, please provide:

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect.
  • A complete unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish.

Please note that claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be processed.

If your claim is approved, you may be eligible for:

Pembelian ketiga.
Oakwood-wanginya leather (menurut gue), laki bgt tapi cocok juga buat unisex.
Jasmine tea-wangi teh bgt, lembut.
Earlgrey-juga wangi teh bgt, lembut.
Kalo yg suka wewangian yg lebih strong oakwood bisa jadi pilihan yg pas.

3-3nya suka, ga bikin kering kulit karena tekstur cairannya ada kandungan oilnya, tapi ga grease ke kulit.
